Reading habits

Lately I have decided to improve my time spent reading books. To be able to do this I changed my habit of devoting about forty minutes once in bed. In fact, the result was that after a few minutes of reading in bed I could not continue because I was practically falling asleep! 🙄 Now, instead, I have started reading while sitting on the couch, and this small difference in habit helps to keep me awake and thus increase the time spent reading. Sometimes it only takes small changes to one's daily habits to achieve completely different results.
